Latin (uh-reh-NAAM)
1. The sand or grit found in the center of the ancient arena.
2. Arena or stadium. The Greek forum for the Olympic games, during which athletes competed in events designed to build strong militaries.
3. Pursuit of Worthy Cause. Described by Theodore Roosevelt as the space of discomfort, growth, effort, error, and both victory and defeat. Not for ego, criticisms, or spectators in the stands; rather, a special community striving humbly and valiantly in pursuit of impact greater than self.
4. A movement. A high-performing team of athletes and military familiar with the cost and reward of the arena; who carry cause beyond the uniform, connecting and redefining the possible in both community and business.
